I have to admit that earlier I was terribly grumpy in the morning. Waking up early always frustrated me since the following points changed my life. Hristina became an early bird – what a miracle …. :D
6 Points which will help you to became an early riser:
– Detox water: always drink a glass of water in the morning. It will help you come alive much better and moreover it has a detoxing effect.
– Make room: it’s so important to have a tidy room, it will ensure a deep and peaceful sleep.
– Prepare your breakfast. You will have much more time to enjoy it in the morning :-)
– Prepare your outfit for the next day. – Getting ready will only take you 20 seconds instead of 20 minutes the next day :-)
– Go to bed early. You will feel much better and powerful in the morning.
– Put your alarm clock far far faaar away so you have to leave your bed to turn it off. :-)
