Push it to the limit
I must admit that sometimes I´m a little bit lazy when it comes to translating all my articles from German to English though I really want my international readers to understand all the things I´m sharing here, too. I promise to fight against this laziness and be more active in the future so that all of you, who don´t understand German, can join my journey too. Right? :D
The loser in me
I might be the best one in teaching people better. It´s not that all the suggestions I´m handing out aren´t true, but sometimes it´s so much easier putting people right than putting all these advices in action by yourself. The best example is when it comes to eating healthy and doing sports. Honestly, with all the things I know about this topic, I could start a new business as a nutritionist and fitness instructor. But putting all this things in practice is something like another chapter….
In the end, after years of ups and downs, I realize that absolutely nobody can help you changing something, if you´re not ready changing something by yourself. Simply move your ass and push yourself to the limit. And this is what I started doing some weeks ago.
I always had this individual problem of women with my body. I simply couldn´t accept the way my body looked like. For me summer was something like the most frustrating time of the year. Seeing me wearing a bikini always made me so emotional, but I still tried to hide my feelings and look self-confident. I mean, this is how people are expecting seeing me, I had no other choice! But in my deepest inner I always felt so sad. – But some weeks ago I realized that it´s really time to make a change and the only person who could help me feeling better is… me, and nobody else than me!
I started doing a lot of sports and eating more healthy. More healthy doesn´t mean, that there aren´t days where I´m taking the liberty of eating “bullshit”, the whole trick is, to outweigh your healthy eating habits and work out at least 3-4 days a week. I´m feeling better than never before and this feeling, when you see your body getting in shape more and more day after day is – to put it briefly – irreplaceable!
I simply wanted to motivate you with this problem of mine, because I know that there are so many girls out there who are dealing with the same problem and show you, that there are so many more girls out there, who are dealing with the same problem. My advice, from me to you: never lose sight of what you want to achieve, even if it takes months or years to reach your goal, believe me that it´s worth fighting for it.
