A fashion bloggers most important tool is definitely a DSLR camera. Shooting beautiful pictures with good quality seems to be as important as having somebody around you, who has a good sense for shooting nice pictures.
I think there is hardly any question I get asked more often than , who is always taking my pictures?! My little secret always causes surprise, why I’ve decided to finally lift this secret because I’m sure it will help a lot of bloggers shooting pictures more often. :-) Well, always having somebody around you who loves taking pictures and manages to shoot them the way you want them to look like, is definitely the easiest way. But what to do, if you’re not lucky enough to have such a person by your side, day by day? *Drumroll* …. simply get yourself a tripod and a remote releaser. :-)
Who would have thought that 70% of my pictures are taken by these two fabulous tools? :-) Shooting with a tripod and a remote releaser can make your pictures look good in quality too if you play around a little bit with its functions. At the moment it’s not, that there wouldn’t be any photographer who would consent to shoot my pictures, but for “easy” shoots I simply prefer my tripod and remote releaser because sometimes it’s much easier if you have a specific vision of how you want your final result to look like :-)
Just wanted to share with you guys this little secret because I always read about bloggers complaining that they can’t update their blog regularly because they have no photographer and I simply can’t agree with it. :-) Try it out – I’m sure you will love the result. :D
