During the first days of January, it always feels like a self renovation is needed. We always feel like we have to change our diet, our workout, our look, or let me just say, our self-being. Although the only thing we really have to change is, our point of view. This critical point of view, which always make us feel pressured.
Instead of looking to become someone else, let’s start appreciating who we are and showing gratitude for how far we’ve already come. Let’s start focusing on what really matters instead of always highlighting all the “negative” things in live which actually aren’t that bad and negative. Just ask yourself, what would really make you a better person? What would make you healthier and happier? And just put your focus there.
What ever your goals are for 2015, make sure to always stay true to who you are. Be grateful for all the things that really matter. Take good care of you and keep smiling trough every situation. Always keep in mind, it could be worse :-)
With this in mind, I just wanted to wish you a happy and joyful new year! :-)

Wow, Respekt, dass du (fast) jedes Foto selbst schießt! Total toll! Das muss mir mal noch jemand beibringen, wie ich das ordentlich hinkriege – ich finde Selbstportraits so dermaßen aufwendig :(
