I’m probably the biggest fan of all these „very girly“ hollywood movies – even though they do anything but boost our brains with its storyline. But I still have to confess, that this is exactly what makes all these movies that entertaining. Besides, only thanks to these high school movies I’ve acquired a taste for school uniforms, just like Cher wore in Clueless.
And somehow today’s outfit also reminded me of an uniform, or as Sabinna said: of a brave russian schoolgirl waiting at the schoolyard for the next class to start, the only difference is, that mine is more modern: made in the UK and out of recyclable materials.
This year I have the honor of presenting my favorite Austrian designer at next weeks MQ Vienna Fashion Week. I’ve always been a huge fan of Sabinna, therefore it wasn’t that difficult to decide which Austrian designer I’ll support.
Her carrier path is at least as enviable as her talent: Sabinna grew up in Vienna, has graduated fashion design in London at the Central Saint Martins University and gained work experience at Christian Dior, Schella Kann and Mary Katrantzou.
And you know what? From 10. – 14. September you can pass by at this years MQ VFW’s Pop Up Store, take a look at her S/S 2015 collection and also buy her breath-taking creations, including this cute dress in today’s post, such as the jacket and the scarf. :-)
